Position Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across all major modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM.
  • Lead the implementation of platform-wide enhancements, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.), and custom applications aligned with business goals.
  • Define and maintain architectural standards, governance models, and security protocols for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist AI, Virtual Agent, and predictive intelligence, into platform strategy.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable platform features and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year ServiceNow roadmap that supports enterprise digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Promote adoption of out-of-the-box functionality and minimize technical debt through thoughtful customization strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators across the organization.

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer required; Certified Technical Architect and additional module-specific certifications (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, SPM) highly desirable.
  • Formal training or demonstrated proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), ITIL v4, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application within ServiceNow (e.g., Now Assist, predictive intelligence, performance analytics).
  • Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and project management platforms.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and administration within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple business domains.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow data models, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and CMDB design.
  • Experience designing and executing platform expansion strategies, including AI-driven features, custom applications, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise service management practices, with ability to align platform capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver strategic platform enhancements under tight timelines.
  • Leadership of team of small number direct reports desirable but not required.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
