The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for an open Marketing Intelligence Analyst position!

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Completing analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Interpret and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Assisting account managers and central marketing team with understanding reports and data sets
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for enhancing current analytics and reporting systems
  • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
  • Enhancing existing data sets with third party sources of information when needed
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Education and/or Training:

  • Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years of analytics or data science experience. Automotive or marketing experience a plus.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees.
