Your Tasks

We give you the chance to develop yourself and grow with us.

• Conducting electronic invoice and cost control
• Reviewing repair orders and granting cost approvals on behalf of our customers
• Providing competent assistance in solving technical problems of our customers
• Being an important interface between customers, partner workshops, and fleet managers
• Ensuring a high level of service quality
• Overview of all operations in fleet processes and careful documentation
• Coordinating mobility solutions, e.g., replacement car orders

Your Profile

Openness and flexible thinking are most important to us. After all, expertise can be learned – the right attitude cannot!

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with a master's title or comparable qualification
• First experience in the service sector is advantageous
• Knowledge in the commercial vehicle and/or truck and agricultural machinery environment is desirable
• High level of customer and service orientation
• High level of team and communication skills
• Basic MS Office skills and good German language skills
