Dans le cadre de notre engagement en matière de formation professionnelle, nous recherchons un/e :

Stagiaire Marketing & BD (H/F) Pour une période de 6 mois – (janvier – juin 2026)

Description : Au sein d'une équipe de 8 personnes, vos principales missions s'articuleront autour des responsabilités suivantes :

• Communication externe et interne : visibilité sur le marché : préparation des soumissions aux annuaires juridiques
• Participation à la création de supports marketing : encarts, brochures, « alertes », articles, invitations, lettres d'information : récupération de contenu, édition et envoi par courrier électronique. Vos compétences rédactionnelles seront un atout car vous serez amené à réviser un grand nombre de brochures et de présentations en français et/ou en anglais
• Intranet & Internet Hogan Lovells : aide à la gestion du site internet et des réseaux sociaux, publications en ligne/séminaires clients/newsletters, etc.
• Relations presse : rédaction de communiqués de presse, revues de presse
• Design et identité visuelle : assistance pour que la charte graphique de Hogan Lovells soit toujours mise en œuvre et respectée
• Assistance à l'organisation d'événements (badges, invitations, soutien le jour J, etc.)

Participation au développement de la relation client :

• Analyse : participation à l'analyse du positionnement de Hogan Lovells, telle que la veille concurrentielle, l'analyse des pratiques ou du portefeuille de clients, les études et l'analyse des classements des cabinets d'avocats, etc.
• "Pitches" : Participation à l'élaboration des réponses aux appels d'offres et autres présentations aux clients

Profil : Adaptabilité, esprit d'équipe et qualités relationnelles sont indispensables, de même que d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.

Langues : Excellent niveau en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

Lieu de travail : Paris

Marketing & BD Intern For a period of 6 months – (January to June 2026)

Description : You will assist the Marketing & Business Development team members across the full range of their activities. Your main missions will be focussed around the following responsibilities:

External and Internal Communications:

• Market visibility: preparation of submissions to legal directories
• Participation in the creation of marketing materials: inserts, brochures, "alerts", articles, invitations, newsletters: content recovery, editing and emailing. Your writing skills will be an advantage as you will be required to review a large number of brochures and presentations in French and/or English
• Hogan Lovells Intranet & Internet: helping managing the website and social networks, online publications/customer seminars/newsletters, etc.
• Press relations: drafting press releases, press reviews
• Design and visual identity: assistance in ensuring Hogan Lovells' graphic charter is always implemented and respected
• Assistance in relation to the organization of events (badges, invitation, d-day support etc.)

Participation in the development of client relationship

• Analysis: participation in the analysis of Hogan Lovells' positioning, such as competitive intelligence, analysis of practices or clients portfolio, studies and analysis of law firm rankings, etc.
• "Pitches": Participation in the elaboration of responses to calls for tenders and other client presentations

Profile : Adaptability, team spirit and interpersonal skills are essential, as are excellent writing skills.

Languages : Excellent level in English and French, both written and spoken.
