Location: Frankfurt am Main or Düsseldorf

Your tasks include, among others:

  • After training, quickly take over your own recruiting projects and manage recruiting for all legal positions
  • Close collaboration with the specialist departments and consulting our hiring managers to ensure a precise filling of open positions – with a focus on efficient recruitment and modern human resources
  • Care and expansion of our talent pool and alumni network
  • Ensuring efficient applicant management
  • Organization of and participation in career fairs and recruiting events
  • Bringing in ideas and improvement suggestions and supporting the development of excellent recruiting in collaboration with the team

Your profile:

  • Good or very good completed education or degree
  • First experience in recruiting helps, but is not a prerequisite; more important is openness, agility, speed, and the ability to engage people along the way
  • Enthusiasm for the topic of recruiting and talent management
  • Will and determination to question and optimize existing structures
  • Enjoyment of working with a professional and cohesive team
