Your responsibilities

• Implementation of daily workforce planning within shifts including maintenance of operational documents
• Conducting shift handover (proper handover of equipment / adherence to 5S standards)
• Induction of new employees and conducting training sessions
• Operating the production facility according to operating instructions, reporting and managing disruptions, deviations, and maintenance measures
• Monitoring compliance with regulations and instructions related to occupational safety and environmental protection
• Ensuring the required quality standards throughout the entire production process

Your profile

• You have a completed education, are a chemist or industrial master in chemistry, and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You have knowledge in mechanical, chemical, and thermal process engineering, industrial furnace technology, and powder metallurgy, and experience in handling hazardous materials such as hydrogen.
• You hold a forklift license, a crane license, and speak fluent German (C1).
