Job Responsibilities
- May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision and regularly provides guidance to others
- Regularly mentors and provides guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Provides solutions to a range of diverse problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures
- Impacts the results of own work team
- Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy
Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge on a range of processes or procedures. Good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources needed to achieve objectives. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
