Job Responsibilities

• Support experienced engineers in new development projects and continuous improvement of existing engineering solutions;
• Participate in hands-on engineering activities, including design, modeling, and preparation of technical drawings;
• Assist in solving technical challenges using a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
• Contribute to engineering documentation and technical analysis as required by the projects;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a professional engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering undergraduate program.

Experience: Not mandatory

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong technical interest in pursuing an engineering career;
• Basic understanding of fundamental mechanical design principles;
• Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop engineering skills;
• Availability to work 30 hours per week in Macaé.

Differentials

• Experience with 3D design tools (knowledge of Creo / Pro-ENGINEER is an advantage);
• Experience preparing 2D technical drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Familiarity with Copilot AI or other AI productivity tools.
