Benefit Trucking is seeking a highly motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing brokerage team in Skopje. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the seamless execution of freight shipments across North America.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the U.S. trucking industry (as a broker or dispatcher)
• Strong understanding of U.S. geography, road networks, and mileage metrics
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly service-oriented with strong customer interaction abilities
• Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Your Responsibilities

• Source, book, and negotiate freight with carriers to secure competitive rates
• Collaborate with Customer Sales Representatives to quote and service clients effectively
• Monitor and analyze market trends and seasonality to make informed pricing decisions
• Develop and expand carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calls, and referrals
• Nurture long-term, strategic carrier partnerships
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and approved prior to transport
• Support with tracking and tracing to ensure on-time performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure top-tier service and operational efficiency
