Job Responsibilities
Lead and support Collateral Services team of the Clearing Houses of HKEX
Lead and support impact analysis of change management, system and process testing, infrastructure verifications, product launches and any exceptions
Plan and prioritize Collateral Services team resources to support business requirement and tasks
Identify operations bottlenecks, devise change solutions to improve operation efficiency
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in financial industry with middle to back office operations experience preferred;
Knowledge of Fixed Income, OTC products and Repo transactions, trade lifecycle management systems and regulatory reporting requirements is an advantage;
University Degree, preferably in Finance / Business Administration or related discipline;
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
Proficiency in Power BI, Access, Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
Proactive, strong analytical skills, collaborative team player and risk control mindset

Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR)
