The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Carrier + Partner Audiences is a foundational member of Hiya's growing PMM team, responsible for building and driving our go-to-market strategy with global carriers and partners. In this highly visible role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Business Development, and your fellow PMMs to shape how Hiya shows up with our most critical audiences. From sharpening our platform story to equipping teams with the right collateral and insights, you'll be both strategist and executor — making sure partners not only understand Hiya's value but see it as essential to their success. You'll dig deep to learn what motivates them and what keeps them up at night — and use those insights to show how Hiya can deliver immediate, lasting value. You'll also shape how we position AI with carriers, proving Hiya is an innovation partner at the forefront of voice intelligence.
We're excited about you because you're a whip-smart, strategic PMM who can translate complex technology into crisp, compelling narratives. You're equally comfortable in front of an executive audience as you are rolling up your sleeves to build a deck, analyze the competition, or support an event. You know how to separate signal from noise and relentlessly prioritize the work that drives the biggest outcomes.
