About the role As an Operations Manager for Healthcare Services, you will be part of an innovative cross-functional team working to transform the delivery of patient care services in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This strategy and execution-focused role blends people management, systems thinking, and service innovation to lead and grow our healthcare service delivery verticals, starting with Teleconsults, Annual Physical Exams (APEs), and Onsite Medical Services.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping our operations team, improving efficiency and quality, and building scalable processes as Hive expands into more healthcare services over time. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Hive leadership to develop and manage healthcare provider relationships, facilitate differentiated patient care experience, and provide direct input into product feature improvements.
