- Responsible for managing reliability and integration engineering pods, coaching and mentoring the team, and setting high performance standards
- Drive initiatives and priorities for the teams, collaborating with dependencies across the company
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the engineering leadership team
- Lead recruitment efforts to bring great engineers on board in collaboration with the People team
- Improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity and deliver better outcomes

- Experienced in managing effective engineering teams for at least 2 years, with a track record of delivering high-quality software
- Proficient in building production-grade web applications for over 5 years
- Skilled in working effectively in a semi or fully-remote team environment, demonstrating strong communication and time management abilities
- Direct and empathetic communicator who values providing thoughtful feedback for growth
