Bridge Software Engineer

The Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) will report directly to the project manager and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between Japanese clients and the development team. This role will be responsible for gathering and managing project requirements, facilitating meetings, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting internal communication to drive project success.

Serve as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and offshore development teams.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.

Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

What you'll bring:

B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English.

Having at least 3 years of working experience as BrSE or Japanese Speaking Software Engineer positions.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage cross-cultural teams and complex projects.

Nice to have knowledge in:

Design and implement machine learning pipelines for NLP, LLM, and automation agents.

Develop and optimize models for text understanding, generation, and conversational AI.

Integrate AI solutions into production environments with scalability and reliability.
