Service Sales Specialist

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be part of our international Service Sales Team. We provide Service Solutions for substation automation systems, control and protection, cyber security, communication and telecontrol technology. The team is highly motivated with a strong customer and service-oriented approach. It is our ambition to provide high quality service, delivering solutions aligned with customers' needs. In this role you are responsible for Service tenders from initial customer request to contract closing and handover to operations.

Developing service sales account plans is key to driving growth. Building strong, long-term customer relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction are essential. Success in this role also depends on responding effectively to customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

This position is primarily based in Oslo, Norway. There is an option for hybrid work arrangements if you live within commuting distance to the office.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Develop customer plans and implement growth strategies.
  • Conduct customer visits, providing advice and guidance on technical solutions for service, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Use knowledge of installed base data to identify needs for service, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Lead and participate in the sales process from identified need through the offer phase to established contract.

Your Background

  • Technical education in electrical engineering or automation.
  • Industry experience and technical knowledge of protection and control system solutions for high-voltage installations (IED, RTU, SCADA).
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to drive sales.
  • Extensive relevant experience.
  • Must be fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
