Your Role:

You ensure the responsibility of the projects, as an executor and/or supervisor, in an optimization of the deadlines, costs, and material procurement in the development of the "Power Transformers" Activity.

You realize and deliver the works in accordance with the Hitachi Energy/Client specifications, national and/or specific site regulations, and in respect of the labor code, safety rules, and environmental protection.

You participate in the development and construction of the service provision offer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and write all the preparatory documents for a mission. Participate in the project meetings.
• Ensure the good execution of the project from the preparation phase.
• Ensure the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, troubleshooting, and oil treatment of transformers (control command, load regulators, cooling systems, oil replacement and treatment…).
• Plan and coordinate the intervention of machines, construction equipment, and the work of different trades.
• Ensure the quality of the interventions, site safety (Prevention Plan and Safety File), respect of budget hours, and planning.
• Carry out the works on site.
• Provide technical assistance during and after the interventions at the clients.
• Pilot the subcontractors and represent Hitachi Energy to the clients.
• Manage and maintain the project material.
• Identify improvement opportunities to meet the client's needs and optimize the realization costs.
• Establish regular reports, write the reports, formalize and transmit the feedback.
• Notify the QHSE team and its Manager of any problems encountered (dangerous situations, near misses, accidents, etc.). Participate in the Quality, Safety, Health, Hygiene, and Environment Management Systems.
• Frequent travels in France and occasional ones in Europe.

Your Qualifications and Professional Background:

• Education and required degrees: Professional Bac to Bac+2 in Electrotechnics
• Required experiences: Minimum 5 years of experience in the assembly and/or maintenance of power transformers
• First experience in the nuclear field is a plus.
• Areas of competence and acquired knowledge:
• Very good general knowledge in the field of electricity is necessary.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, manage several projects in parallel.
• Functional management of teams and subcontracting companies.
• Required qualities: autonomy, organization, determination, listening skills, involvement, dynamism, developing technical solutions, researching information, managing risks.
• English: operational.
