We are looking for a Controller Domestic Sales PGHV to join our team in Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial transparency, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within the Domestic Sales - Hub European PGHV. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business planning processes, and providing financial insights that contribute to the success of our operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Ensure transparent, timely, and accurate financial reporting by leveraging established processes and tools.
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with HUB European PGHV goals.
- Provide forward-looking business projections and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist the local market manager in achieving financial targets and act as a deputy when necessary.
- Translate company strategy into business plans and set measurable financial targets.
- Identify and communicate financial and commercial risks and opportunities.
Your Background
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience in financial controlling, reporting, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and financial governance.
- Excellent analytical and decision-support skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
- Fluent in English and Danish is mandatory.

- Financial reporting and management: Accountable for obtaining transparent, timely, accurate, and reliable financial and business data. Follows the company's and HUB's closing and reporting timetable. Prepares business-relevant reports and presents them to Hub management teams.
- Business planning, budgeting, and forecasting: Responsible for monthly forecasts, annual budget, and the full cost model.
- Business performance: Provides local market managers with forward-looking projections and ensures they understand key financial KPIs and their impact on daily operations. Prepares financial insights for decision-making and supports financial target achievement.
- Strategy: Contributes to translating strategy into business plans, setting measurable targets, and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process. Evaluates financial implications of strategic decisions and recommends actions.
- Risk management: Identifies and communicates commercial and financial risks and opportunities. Executes risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies.
Additional Tasks
- Preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Analyze results, costs, profitability, margins, and cash flow.
- Track monthly costs and conduct cost center follow-ups.
- Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including analytical review of major fluctuations and FX impact.
- Execute tasks related to compliance and SOX controls.
