What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct in-person visits to develop and grow client accounts
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Develop and present customized sales proposals and solutions
• Manage your pipeline and provide consistent activity updates to management
• Represent the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in outside sales and/or cold calling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and strong closing ability
• Organized, professional, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within DFW
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
