Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Prior customer service or call center experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers promptly and professionally
• Support sales and production teams with accurate information and timely responses
• Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
• Identify and report opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow up as needed
• Promote products and services that align with customer needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of packaging products, terminology, and customer expectations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong computer skills; ability to type 50+ WPM
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism under pressure
• Team-oriented and open to feedback
