Customer Service Attendant
Our client is in the F&B business. They are looking to hire mature candidates as Customer Service Attendants in their cozy Muslim friendly cafe serving authentic Malaysia kopitiam classics and flavorful Nyonya delicacies in Mont Kiara. Successful candidates will be working alongside a team of cooks and other members doing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring it is organized, safe, and clean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: taking orders and sending said orders to the kitchen
- Cashier: handle payment from customers
- Floor Management: Assisting the kitchen team to clean the tables after the customer leaves
- Food Handling: Assisting with food sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients
- Safety and Hygiene: Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Others: Any additional tasks whenever needed
Requirements:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multi-task efficiently
- Willing to learn and able to listen to instructions
- Able to work in Mont Kiara
Seniors/ mature candidates in good health are encouraged to apply.
Benefits:
- 6-day work week
- Fixed working hours; 9 am - 9 pm with 2-hour break
- Food allowance of RM250/month
- Hostel is provided if you opt to stay (currently all-male tenants)
- 1.5x salary rate if needed to work on Public Holidays
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions
Full-time/ part-time options are available to candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
