HRIS Manager

HireRight is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our global HR Technology team. This role will be based in India and will provide critical support for our HR systems, including UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and iCIMS. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, integration experience, and a proven track record of managing enterprise HRIS platforms in a global environment. This position will manage a team of three HRIS professionals (two based in India and one in Tulsa, OK).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3 HRIS professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and iCIMS systems.
• Manage system configuration, maintenance, and optimization to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee and support integrations between HRIS platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, ATS).
• Develop and deliver advanced reporting and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and internal security standards.
• Provide training and support to HR and business users on system functionality and best practices.
• Participate in global HR technology projects, including upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM.
• Strong knowledge of iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proven experience in system integrations and data flow between HR systems and third-party applications.
• Advanced reporting and analytics skills, including experience with BI tools or UKG reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing a team in a global environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations, middleware tools, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements across multiple countries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
