Sales Development Representative

This is a remote position. This company is seeking a driven, personable, and resourceful Sales Development Representative to join a mission-driven team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team. We're looking for someone who thrives on building authentic connections with purpose-driven entrepreneurs and guiding them toward solutions that help grow their business and impact. Your ability to stay organized, tech-savvy, and people-focused will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Schedule discovery calls for the CEO or sales team with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't taken the next step.
• Track interactions and maintain accurate lead data using CRM and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or appointment-setting role B2B (bonus if in coaching, consulting, or publishing)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Zoom
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team environment
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours
• A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, publishing, personal development, or thought leadership

Benefits:
