Digital Marketing Sales Advisor

This is a remote position. This company is a leading digital marketing provider for insurance agencies in the United States. They're committed to providing our clients with customer service they love and solutions that deliver results. Also, it offers insurance agency websites, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, pay-per-click advertising, and local listings management.

They are seeking a determined, tech-savvy sales professional to join their sales team as a digital marketing Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for selling digital marketing services to insurance agencies across the US. You should be a sales savvy, highly motivated professional who can communicate and present their website and digital marketing services via phone, online demonstrations, and live website chat. These digital marketing services include websites, SEO, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, pay-per-click advertising, and local listings management.

You must have great communication skills and be able to make prospects feel comfortable with technical subjects. You should be a good listener that asks effective questions in order to identify a prospective client's pain points and shares advice to help them. You will communicate using a consultative approach, recommending what will help them, not necessarily the most expensive services. In addition to new customer sales, this position requires up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via email, live website chat, phone calls, and Zoom.
  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads that have engaged through marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Document, update, and manage the company's sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM daily.
  • You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to existing and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate solutions.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to schedule, manage, and follow-up sales calls with each lead.
  • Host webinars occasionally with prospects or current customers.
  • Provide potential clients with live, online sales demonstrations (Zoom).
  • Help develop lead generation efforts, refine sales strategies, and maintain & improve the sales process within the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry/competitor trends and product offerings to stay educated and ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years prior sales experience.
  • Recent sales experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell and convince.
  • Natural ability to explain technical things in an easily understood manner.
  • Honestly and accurately set expectations with each client.
  • Excellent C1/C2 English level.
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with online sales presentation tools, such as Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, or equivalent.
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with smaller businesses, with a shorter sales cycle (30 days).
  • Helpful, but not required: Experience with sales CRM applications, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent for lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Helpful, but not required: Knowledge of various digital marketing services, including websites, SEO best practices, PPC advertising, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
