As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for communicating what Builderscrack does and the benefits it brings for both homeowners and tradies. You will join our small but mighty marketing team in Christchurch and help deliver company strategies through a wide range of marketing initiatives and channels. As an independent contributor, you not only support your direct team, but you will also work with other teams to bring alignment and deliver great outcomes!
Marketing a B2B, B2C, double-sided marketplace means there will be plenty of variety within your role. As a generalist, you will have the opportunity to develop sophisticated campaigns across all channels. You will be empowered to create content, craft email sequences, work on PR, work with strategic partners, develop landing pages, produce social content, and work cross functionally on CRO to help improve our funnels and key marketing pages.
When we say generalist we mean it โ we're not looking for a specialist in all of these skill sets (that'd be unrealistic). Our team size requires you to be dynamic, working on diverse marketing initiatives each quarter to bring us closer to our business goals. You'll enjoy variety, take some (calculated) risks, create meaningful connections with our tradies and homeowners and have fun working within our core and cross-functional teams to make it happen.
This role reports directly to our Marketing Manager, works alongside one other Marketing Executive, and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions.
