About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join the Care Operations team, with a focus on optimizing provider engagement and response times. In this role, you will analyze workforce performance and marketplace dynamics to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery. You’ll leverage data to uncover trends, monitor provider engagement, and identify gaps in coverage or responsiveness. Reporting to the Associate Director, Care Team Acquisition and Engagement, you’ll play a critical role in surfacing insights and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve provider experience, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with teams across Recruiting, Credentialing, Medical Affairs, Customer Support, and Product.

You Will:

  • Monitor and optimize provider response times by analyzing real-time and historical performance data across the care team network.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as response time, provider engagement, and supply availability.

  • Identify operational inefficiencies or coverage gaps that contribute to delayed care, and propose data-backed interventions.

  • Lead deep-dive analyses using tools such as Looker/Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, JavaScript, and SQL to uncover the root causes of performance trends.

  • Drive provider engagement strategies through data, feedback, and behavioral trends to improve care team responsiveness and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Credentialing, Product, and Medical Affairs to implement optimization and engagement initiatives.

  • Design and run experiments or pilots (e.g., incentives, scheduling models) aimed at improving response time and engagement.

  • Segment the provider population and tailor engagement strategies based on tenure, specialty, activity level, and historical performance.

  • Track and flag high-risk providers at risk of disengagement or churn, and proactively surface insights.

  • Cultivate a collaborative and constructive team environment, exemplifying a low-ego, high-humility, and partnership-oriented approach.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace

  • Proven track record in analytical and operations role within a rapidly growing company: balancing data-driven quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid decision-making and execution

  • Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills; proficient with presenting to cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats

  • Thrives and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of team members

  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Looker/Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, JavaScript, and SQL

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
