Internship Opportunity At Hilton Paris Opéra

Le Hilton Paris Opéra, a 4-star hotel with 268 rooms, is located in the heart of the capital, close to Gare Saint-Lazare. It features 12 meeting rooms for events or conferences and a majestic historical Grand Salon.

You will assist the sales team:

• Editing production reports for analyzing and applying the commercial strategy
• Managing the reception of corporate, leisure, and MICE VIPs
• Creating special offers and promotional flyers for corporate or MICE clients
• Participating in hotel visits for prospecting and pre-event scouting
• Local prospecting and updating the client database to create a research base for client prospecting
• Helping sales staff in qualifying requests and preparing commercial proposals

This internship will cover various disciplines that you will work on simultaneously or in successive periods, depending on the team's needs. We are looking for a very flexible candidate with good communication skills and a strong commitment to providing the best service to the client. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this versatile role, working collaboratively with each team member.
