The Hilton Orlando is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join their team. This hotel, a highly regarded full-service convention hotel, features 1,424 contemporary guest rooms, including 54 suites, along with more than 249,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space designed to support seamless group flow. The property also offers seven distinct dining experiences, enhancing its appeal for both business and leisure guests. Ideally situated, Hilton Orlando is just one mile from Universal's upcoming Epic Universe, offering exceptional convenience for attendees blending meetings with world-class entertainment.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a senior-level hotel sales role with a strong background in a full-service convention hotel environment. They possess deep expertise in the Mid-Atlantic Corporate and Association markets, as well as East Coast Citywide business, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the business of sales. This includes the ability to analyze business opportunities, build and maintain senior-level client relationships, secure group business, and navigate contracts with confidence. They bring the judgment and strategic insight necessary to support decisions that impact group business performance and communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
This role is an in-office position. However, in rare cases, the hotel may evaluate a hybrid or remote arrangement for an exceptionally high-performing candidate who significantly exceeds all qualifications. Such consideration is not guaranteed.
Shift Pattern: This in office role is primarily Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with required ability to be flexible with their time to accommodate any client engagement events and site inspections. After 90-days with on-track positive goal performance, there is potential eligibility for a 2-day per week hybrid option.
Pay Range: This is salaried role and the position qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive plan that is paid quarterly, based on performance.

This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
Customer and Account Management - Apply strong sales skills to create customer value. Differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent.
Prospecting - Demonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process. Identify potential customers. Prepare and implement your call strategy.
Negotiations - Understand the customer and the business leaders expectations. Adapt to a changing market.
Customer and Account Management:
Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.
Prospecting:
Research, solicit and generate new leads for business opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue and meet and exceed lead generation goals.
