Senior Marketing Manager

The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team! Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red-carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.

This Forbes 4-Star hotel is currently in the renovation process with the One Beverly Hills Project. The Beverly Hilton will benefit from a considerate restoration and significant upgrades, integrating designs which play homage to its legacy and will further cement its position as the city's premier venue for decades to come.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of the marketing/branding strategies, including but not limited to marketing budgets, social media, websites, digital & print advertising, collateral, video/photography assets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Hospitality and/or agency experience is required.

A Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Classification: Full Time

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Serve as online and local Brand advocate by maintaining and updating existing hotel initiatives, as well as managing and maintaining any new hotel projects including but not limited to social media, websites, collateral, and Ad (both online & print).
  • Manage ecommerce initiatives in congruence with brand to maintain alignment with Hilton Corporate Brand Standards.
  • Network with local resources in community to promote hotel and position hotel to drive more business through marketing channels.
  • Manage public relations initiatives to leverage and increase the hotel branding.
  • Manage the new website development project and assist with all SEO/SEM in relation to new website design and content as well as all social media channels.
