Sales and Marketing

As the Leisure Sales Manager, you will serve as the hotel representative to develop and support the Director of Leisure Sales with Wholesale, Travel Agency, Group Tour and Luxury Negotiated Business. Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Solicit & uncover new business opportunities from international operators and travel agents, sound business practices including sales calls, educational webinars and presentations.
  • Work with Director of Leisure Sales to set established agreements with accounts.
  • Foster relationships with agencies and individual agents to ensure ongoing communication of programs, promotions, packages, and services.
  • Develop sales strategies and plan by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel/market trends.
  • Maintain & update CRM database and develop e-marketing campaigns & hotel updates.
  • Communicate marketing opportunities within the different accounts to secure participation in key campaigns.
  • Conduct Site Inspections, property tours and FAM trips and events to promote facilities and services.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with the Director of Leisure Sales and the Commercial Director to develop the sales and pricing strategies for your market.
  • Collaborate with the Hilton Worldwide Sales team.
  • Work with in market multiline representatives.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Organize and implement sales trips and trade shows, including flights, hotel reservations, daily appointments, events for agencies and client events.
  • Develop and implement familiarization tours to ensure understanding and proper positioning of the resort.
  • Uncover & develop relationships with private airline accounts.

Supportive Functions:

  • Conducts tours of the property for prospective clients, owners and new managers.
  • Assist office in any other administrative duties as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
