The MICE Sales Manager role is paying between £36,000 - £40,000 per year, dependant on experience.
The MICE Sales Manager is a proactive role within the sales team responsible for creating strong relationships with existing clients, whilst proactively developing new business opportunities. The ideal person will be engaging, love interacting with people, and have a hunger for finding new business. Typical tasks for this role would include:

This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive, with potential quarterly earnings of up to 25% on top of the salary, based on the achievement of sales targets.

Flexible remote working: you will need to be in the hotel to host clients but following probation can also have work from home days as agreed with the team and Director of Sales.
