The Hilton Orlando, a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlando's International Drive (and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway) is seeking a part-time Overnight Guest Service Agent to join their front office team!

This 1400+ room property offers six dining outlets and seamlessly blends extensive leisure offerings with world class business amenities. The ideal candidate for this role would be outgoing, have the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and passion for hospitality!

Shift Pattern: Part Time 1-3 shifts per week as needed - candidates should be available to work flexibly between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, any day of the week/weekend/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $19.76 per hour + $1 differential for overnight, potential for additional income through upselling

What will I be doing?

  • Welcome, check-in, and orient arriving guests to the hotel
  • Checking out guests and processing payments on-account
  • Respond to guest inquiries in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
