Position Statement: The Manager, Analytics - Brand Performance Support EMEA, serves as the analytical engine of the Brand Performance Support team, driving brand health, guest experience, and commercial performance through advanced analytics. The role leads the development and application of brand, customer, and commercial insights to proactively identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and measure the impact of business initiatives. Working in close partnership with brand, commercial, and cross-functional teams, this position translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve hotel performance and strengthen brand execution across EMEA.
Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Performance Support, the Manager, Analytics - Brand Performance Support EMEA, plays a pivotal role in driving brand health, guest experience, and commercial performance across the region. This position leads the development and application of advanced analytics to inform strategic decision-making, proactively identify performance opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
Working closely with brand, commercial, customer insights, and cross-functional teams, the Manager provides guidance on guest-facing initiatives and operational priorities. Responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and evolving analytical frameworks and reporting across multiple platforms, measuring the impact of business initiatives, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve hotel-level and regional KPIs. Acting as a trusted analytics advisor, this role presents insights clearly and compellingly to internal stakeholders while continuously reviewing hotel performance to identify opportunities for enhanced brand execution and commercial outcomes.
