As a Conference & Banqueting Operations Supervisor (all genders), you will combine both areas and create unforgettable events for our guests. In addition, you will support your team as a dedicated leader and act as a role model.

With 663 rooms and 3500m² of event space, we are Europe's largest downtown meeting and event hotel. With 21 multifunctional rooms and two column-free ballrooms, we offer the perfect setting for any type of event, whether conferences, meetings, or stylish celebrations.

What comes with being a passionate host:

• As a shift leader, you will manage the allocation of staff, correct shift preparation and handover, and accurately transfer tasks.
• Make timely orders and organizational tasks for events, and actively promote cooperation and communication with other departments.
• Training of new team members.
• Ensuring smooth service.
• Acting confidently, securely, and diplomatically in all situations, treating confidential information confidentially, and being loyal to superiors and Hilton.
• Guest care in the event area during events through constant attention to the guest and meeting their needs.
