To support our team, we are looking for a Werkstudent After Sales (m/w/d) for the location Osnabrück to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Setting up spare parts orders in the ERP system and creating order confirmations
• Communicating order confirmations and delivery dates to customers
• Following up on offers and missing down payments
• Supporting with other administrative tasks

Profile

• You are enrolled as a student (m/w/d) at a college or university
• Interest in after sales topics
• You can confidently use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-reliance, reliability, and a desire to learn new things
• Team spirit and good communication skills
