Our Customer Service Representatives are among the most important people within our organization. As the first point of contact, our customer service professionals truly are the face of Hilco Vision. They interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, fax, and email and are vital to the success of our company.
Our representatives are expert order takers, problem solvers, and excellent communicators who are able to empathize with a customer's situation and quickly determine their needs and provide resolution. Navigating through multiple systems and resources, representatives provide solutions that focus on exceeding the expectations of customers.
Hilco Vision is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative with a regulatory focus! The successful candidate will provide outstanding service to our customers ranging from placing orders to assisting with questions and concerns that may arise. The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm and they will be located within our Ohio Facility.
