✨ About The Role
- Lead the development of machine learning solutions to enhance data activation products, focusing on personalization, product recommendation, automated experimentation, predictive audiences, content generation, and budget optimization
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, define problem statements, and build predictive models from scratch
- Work on customer research, problem definition, predictive modeling, machine learning infrastructure, and partner with customers to ensure successful implementation
- Drive the development of an intelligence layer to automate and improve operations for hundreds of companies using Hightouch
- Focus on efficient execution, impactful solutions, and leveraging data warehouses and databases to build powerful machine learning solutions

- Experienced machine learning engineer with a track record of building and implementing predictive models and intelligence layers in data-driven products
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to define and solve complex problems
- Motivated individual with a growth mindset, eager to tackle challenges and make a meaningful impact for customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and delivering efficient solutions
- Previous experience in personalization, product recommendation, automated experimentation, predictive audiences, and content generation is a plus
