We're seeking a Sales Enablement & Onboarding Lead to join our London team and drive sales excellence across EMEA markets. This London based role will work with technical and non-technical front line sellers to build the skills and confidence needed to win complex deals.
You'll be responsible for hands-on coaching, delivering structured onboarding programs, and adapting our global enablement frameworks for regional market dynamics. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of B2B SaaS enablement experience, knowledge of the data, CDP, or martech ecosystem, and a proven track record of improving sales performance through individual coaching and program delivery.
