✨ About The Role
- Responsible for implementing a cohesive training and coaching guide for Sales, Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management, and Partnerships teams
- Implement and evolve sales methodology, deliver enablement & training programs, provide targeted coaching, and optimize sales resources
- Collaborate with GTM Leadership on onboarding new teammates efficiently and effectively
- Develop relationships with Sales Team Leads and Managers to drive improvements in sales processes
- Drive content creation and maintenance about products and value drivers with Solutions Engineering and Product Marketing teams

- Experienced in direct sales at SaaS companies, with a focus on sales enablement and coaching for revenue growth
- Proficient in sales qualification methodologies and value selling frameworks
- Skilled in using sales intelligence platforms like Gong and sales engagement platforms like Outreach
- Strong analytical and data skills to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
