Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Marketing Lead at Highstreet is responsible for improving marketing effectiveness, accelerating leasing velocity, supporting pre-sales success, and strengthening brand visibility across all Highstreet communities. This role is not limited to brand management or digital marketing. It is a hands-on leadership position focused on execution, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Highstreet communities at various stages including development, pre-sale, lease-up, and stabilized operations
- Align campaign strategy, messaging, and positioning with sales objectives and leasing targets
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives launch on schedule and achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies that support both sales and leasing pipelines across digital, organic, referral, and event channels
- Monitor and optimize marketing funnel performance, improving conversion rates from inquiry through to lease or sale
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and website performance
- Direct website updates, landing page development, and user experience improvements to strengthen conversion pathways
- Ensure accurate marketing and CRM data tracking, maintaining strong data integrity and campaign attribution across platforms
- Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards tracking key metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and velocity to lease or sale
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to support marketing optimization and project decision-making
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, digital partners, and external vendors, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and effective budget allocation
- Lead and support marketing team members by setting priorities, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and strong execution
The Ideal Candidate:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience (real estate, development, or property management experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns and evaluating performance results
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Experience overseeing website management, landing page development, and conversion optimization
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content strategy
- Ability to manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendor partners
- Previous leadership experience supporting or managing team members
Compensation Package:
Annual Salary: $80,000-$105,000 - dependent on experience
Additional Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for this position is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less depending on performance results.
