Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the Marketing Coordinator at Highstreet is responsible for operational marketing support across all Highstreet communities. This is a hands-on role, focused on coordination, organization, asset execution, and marketing process integrity. You are the backbone of the marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize marketing assets including photos, renderings, brochures, floorplans, and brand files, ensuring materials remain current, properly versioned, and accessible to internal teams and external partners
- Support the creation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing assets across digital and print channels, including signage, sales centre materials, social graphics, email layouts, and advertisements, while maintaining brand standards
- Coordinate marketing campaign rollouts across multiple projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, vendor deadlines, and launch requirements to ensure all components go live on schedule
- Assist with project marketing updates including digital listings, asset uploads, and campaign materials, as well as supporting event logistics such as realtor events, open houses, and marketing activations
- Track vendor invoices, maintain organized records of contracts and scopes, and assist with monitoring project marketing budgets and reconciling campaign spend
- Support marketing performance reporting by gathering campaign, website, email, and CRM data and assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting dashboards
- Maintain CRM and marketing database accuracy by supporting lead uploads, tagging, segmentation, and campaign attribution, while identifying and flagging data inconsistencies or process gaps
The Ideal Candidate:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or support role (real estate or multi-project environments considered an asset)
- Strong organizational and asset management skills, including file structure, version control, and process documentation
- Proficiency in design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) with the ability to execute clean, on-brand marketing materials across digital and print channels
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate campaign rollouts, manage timelines and vendor deadlines, and ensure deliverables launch on schedule
- Proficiency in gathering marketing performance data, supporting reporting dashboards, and maintaining data integrity and campaign attribution accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and commitment to marketing process integrity
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with strong execution skills and requires minimal oversight
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated humility, accountability, integrity, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and contribute to team success
Compensation Package:
Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 - dependent on experience
Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for this position is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be more or less depending on performance results.
Investment Opportunity: Highstreet encourages all employees to share in our success by offering the opportunity to invest in the projects we build and operate. To encourage employee investment, Highstreet matches employee investment at 50%, up to 20% of annual salary (i.e. for every $1 invested by the employee, Highstreet invests $0.50 on the employee's behalf). The investments are TFSA and RRSP eligible.
