Inside Sales Representative

We are an IT Managed Service Provider looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to generate first-time appointment meetings for our outside sales team. This role requires persistence, confidence, and a proven track record in outbound sales. No IT experience needed or required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
Engage decision-makers and set qualified appointments for the outside sales team
Work within a structured sales process and meet/exceed KPI targets
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in CRM software
Adapt messaging to resonate with potential customers
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies
Lead and List Management for long term sale pipeline activities
Clear documentation of sales activities/interactions

Qualifications:

1yr previous experience in high-touch, high-rejection sales (call center, door-to-door sales, or high-volume retail)
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-focused environment
No technical experience required—just a hunger for success
