Facilitates and supports the daily business operations of various departments. Assists the managers with clerical functions, data entry, payroll maintenance, education, tracking, associate scheduling, and budget information.
Provides clerical support, maintains inventory, and copies and distributes appropriate information / communications / reports. Assists with scheduling and coordination of department specific projects, gathering data as directed by department leader. Prioritize workflow and complete within defined time parameters. Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail. Manage customer service issues and resolve related problems. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Minimum: High school diploma or GED; or one – three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience with various computer software programs. 0-1 years' experience.
