Support Desk Analyst

Highlights Healthcare is seeking an experienced Support Desk Analyst to join our corporate support team. You will be part of a team responsible for applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot, resolve and recommend IT solutions to ensure that all aspects of the IT infrastructure are running smoothly and that all solutions are implemented effectively. Professionalism and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users are critical. We are looking for a person with a great attitude and solid communication skills.

Highlights Healthcare provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services to bring meaningful and positive change to children with autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits. First responder for resolving tickets via phone and ticketing system

Help Desk Support – Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner, work with internal employees assisting them with technology needs and issues

Deployment of Laptops and Tablets

Troubleshooting software

Repair of devices

Removal of end-of-life devices

Represent themselves and the company in a consistent, professional manner

Handling of logistics of hardware to and from employees

Experience in IT support or related field not required but preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to learn and document processes of third-party applications

Be a self-starter, eager to learn and get involved in the troubleshooting process
