Responsibilities

What tasks await you with us?

• Active participation and comprehensive insight into the daily professional life in the commercial sector, e.g., marketing, human resources, finance, office management, etc.
• Communication with employees and customers via phone and email
• Support in the implementation/system transition of a new CRM in various areas
• Collaboration in marketing: Independent project management, translation of posts, blogs, and stories, maintenance of websites via WordPress, preparation and participation in mailing campaigns, etc.
• Collaboration in HR: HR administration, personnel development, recruiting (job postings, applicant management, including active sourcing: talent search via various channels and social media), etc.
• Collaboration in various cross-company projects
• Organization of appointments, events, and training sessions

• Currently studying Business Administration, Administration (or related fields) and seeking a mandatory internship in the commercial sector (HR, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Office Management)
• Curious to learn new things and willing to go the extra mile
• Looking forward to taking on responsibility and doing my work diligently
• Have learned to think and work in a structured manner and want to further develop this
• Intrinsically motivated, communicative, organized, and goal-oriented

What else do you bring to the table?

• Study in the field of Business Administration, Administration (or comparable), possibly with a focus or specialization in Marketing, HR, or Business Education, Accounting, and Finance, etc.
• Preferably already have some professional or internship experience in the commercial sector
• Independent and structured working style
• Proficient use of all common office applications, as well as IT affinity and willingness to learn new systems
• Very good communication skills, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German and English proficiency
