The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides prompt, accurate and courteous service to our Franchise specific clients, producers and company personnel, while offering a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our commercial accounts.

Core Competencies:
Experience and Education: 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required. This is a fast paced role with a high volume of clients. Individual must be detail oriented and proficient with technology.
Licensing and Credentials: Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
Systems: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Applied Epic experience strongly preferred, but knowledge of similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
Location: Memphis, TN. Onsite, Hybrid schedule or fully remote opportunities available for qualified candidates

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 pounds. Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens. Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person.
