Service Sales Development Specialist

Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's Services products, and drives dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of Services products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. The role is active for Italy. There will be business trips, outside of that, there is the possibility of a home office.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive part, contract, accessories and other service product sales through Hiab Service dealer network
- Manage service coverage in geographical area through optimizing (service) dealer network
- Identify customers (dealerships) in defined Regions and countries, Identify, evaluating and recruiting new dealers
- Develop the dealer network by managing dealer Services agreements, renewal process
- Make regular visits to these dealers to identify sales opportunities
- Responsible for target setting and develop performance of service dealer network
- Oversee Business Management activities of dealer network timely within Sales forecast planning, dealer standards
- Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Support of development of Dealer Performance operating standard measurement audit process and site selection for expanding dealer operations
- Develop dealer service offering in cooperation with dealer service network
- Coordinate with Services Active Sales Operations the activities related to dealer improvement
- Coordinate regular meetings to review department activities, provide reports into SalesForce and other reports as required by management
- Participate in exhibitions and conference
What You'll Need To Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field Industrial sales representative
- 5yrs experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment
- Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
- (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
