Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Work with all areas of the HVAC trade and refrigeration operating systems currently used in the industry. Install, repair and maintain Roof Top Unit Operating Systems, Building Management Systems, refrigeration equipment, chiller units, air handlers & cooling towers. Perform maintenance and repairs on Medical Gas lines. Install, repair and maintain piping (copper, Pex, screw pipe, PVC, CPVC, gas), duct work, ductless split systems, boilers (water & steam), water source heat pump systems. Problem solve HVAC system issues using hand tools, testing equipment and measuring devices to evaluate and repair systems. Abide by proper reclaiming and environmentally sound disposal of refrigerants currently used in industry. Perform other related duties as required.
