Salesforce Developer
As a Salesforce Developer in our Revenue Intelligence & Systems team, you will be the technical backbone of HeyJobs' CRM environment. You will design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and custom features that power the daily work of our Sales teams - ensuring data accuracy, seamless processes, and scalable growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role where your code and system architecture directly influence how we acquire, manage, and serve customers.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 57,000 - 72,000 €. Your personal development and promotion opportunities are also guaranteed with us.
How You Can Contribute To HeyJobs
- Own the technical health, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and all connected revenue systems, with a strong focus on programmatic and integration-heavy solutions
- Design, develop, and optimize Apex classes, APIs, triggers, and custom objects to support complex go-to-market (GTM) processes
- Integrate Salesforce with adjacent systems (e.g., Marketing Automation, Data Warehouse, Finance) via APIs, ensuring reliable data contracts, monitoring, and data flows
- Build and maintain robust automations where programmatic solutions are required for scale, reliability, or complexity
- Partner closely with Revenue Intelligence to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and observability across the funnel by designing resilient integrations and validation rules
- Provide second-level technical support for revenue systems with a developer's mindset - debugging code, troubleshooting integrations, and delivering long-term, sustainable fixes.
What Sets You Up For Success
- Min. three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience administering Salesforce, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, security, and data models
- Strong expertise in Salesforce automations and system integrations
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with revenue-focused Salesforce add-ons and tools
- Familiarity with AI-native GTM tools (e.g., Clay)
