As an Account Executive in the New Business department, you will play a central role in the growth of our company. Your main task is to build new business relationships with large clients, from identifying potential customers to acquiring them for our innovative products and successfully guiding them through the proof of concept phase. You will develop tailored solutions and manage the entire process up to the annual contract. Through close collaboration with customers, you will understand their needs and show how our solutions can optimize their recruiting processes in the long term.

Entire Sales Cycle: You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying potential customers to holding compelling product presentations and concluding subscription contracts.
Development of Sales Strategies: You will design and implement targeted sales strategies specifically aimed at acquiring new customers and increasing business volume.
Negotiation and Contract Closure: You will skillfully conduct negotiations and secure contract closures that promote both the company's profitability goals and the formation of long-term customer relationships.
Reporting and Market Analysis: You will create detailed reports on customer activities and use forecasts to proactively manage risks and seize opportunities for business expansion.
Experience in New Business Development: At least 1 year of experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in the HR or technology sector, with comprehensive responsibility for the entire sales cycle and demonstrable success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analyzing sales data and market trends that form the basis for strategic decisions. Confident use of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to identify customers and document sales activities.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking in German, as well as the ability to clearly and convincingly present complex concepts and successfully conduct negotiations.
Consulting Expertise: Strong skills in consulting and presenting customer-specific solutions based on experience in solution sales and in selling customized solutions.
