Our mission at HEY HOLY is to elevate the health of dogs through nutrition. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we focus on breed-specific, functional food – developed with veterinarians and aimed at enabling every dog a long, healthy life.

What started as an idea in 2022 has grown into a strong DTC subscription model today, with over 20,000 dogs being supplied. Our team of 15 is set to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to join.

Our commitment doesn’t end with the product – we bring it to where decisions are made today: in the feeds of the right creators. Influencer marketing is not an add-on for us, but a genuine performance channel.

Responsibilities

  • You develop data-based strategies for expanding our influencer channel – with a focus on growth, conversion, and measurable results (not just likes)
  • You identify, convince, and develop relevant creator partnerships – with performance focus, long-term potential, and a sense for target groups (also beyond the typical “pet bubble”)
  • You manage collaborations along the funnel: from seeding to performance deals to targeted retargeting in collaboration with our paid team
  • You analyze creator performance with tools like Storyclash, develop A/B tests, optimize campaigns, and have KPIs like CAC, ROAS & CTR always in your grasp
  • You develop your own hypotheses, recognize patterns, go into the details – and want to build your own team in the future
  • You work closely with our colleagues from brand, performance, and operations, and bring data-driven and people-driven perspectives into balance

Qualification

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing – especially with a focus on data-based control & acquisition
  • You bring structure, ownership, and sales drive – and are eager to take responsibility and drive things forward, not just manage
  • You have already worked in a scaling D2C brand or a performance-oriented influencer environment (especially Instagram – other channels like YouTube, TikTok, podcasts are a plus)
  • You know your KPIs: ROAS, CPM, CAC, and CTR are not buzzwords for you, but central tools for control
  • You are a strong communicator, negotiation-savvy, empathetic – and can not only start but also maintain and develop creator partnerships
  • You think strategically, recognize patterns, develop your own hypotheses – but also enjoy implementing things operationally and just doing them
